(this message was also send to the language coordinators' private mail)

A bit of a global message to everyone who is coordinator in his/her
language team.

When a new user subscribes to translations.xfce.org, he can request
access to each team. If this is your team you have the permission to
accept/decline this request. Of course the idea is that you accept
this request. If you do (and the user did not already introduce on the
ml) then ask the new translator to do this. it is important everyone
is subscribed to this list for for example transifex maintenance or
changes. projects that will be released in a couple of days, stuff
like that (but you already knew that).

As being a coordinator you are also the one in charge for accepting
reviews. Other team members are also notified, but can only
comment/rate on it. If you have a large team it might be a good idea
to make another member coordinator too, so this process does not
stall.

If you have problems with a translator in your team, then do *not*
remove his/her access from the team, but instead report this on the ml
first. We try to resolve things in the community way, don't try to
resolve things on your own.

Last but not least, try to be responsive with requests/reviews. We
make you folks coordinators so it saves us time. If you leave for a
couple of weeks, you can add 'mmassonnet' and/or 'nick' to the
coordinators, so new requests don't stall.

Nick
