[Xfce-i18n] Perms

I am hoping that i havent missed an email that inform us string freeze
on xfce core development branch. If i do i am sorry for the spam.

But if there isnt any can plz someone check why i cant upload new
translations for the Greek Language?

To be more specific, i 've uploaded today a new terminal translation,
but i cant upload the xfce4-settings » master on Home » Languages »
Greek » Development
