[Xfce-i18n] Migration is incomplete ?

I have an equal problem
I trying to post a "ticket", but this system doesn`t work for me too =\

I can`t download, for example:

https://translations.xfce.org/projects/p/thunar/c/master-docs/raw/po-doc/ru.po

I can't download some files from Transifex. For example:

ristretto
squeeze
xarchiver
xfce4-notes-plugin

and other ones.
