As you can see no automated merging is available at the moment from

Hey -- FWIW, if someone is up to some post-xmas Python coding, there's

So you need to check out the .pot file (If not translated yet to your
language) else check out the .po file.
Take the translated .po file you would like to use for the merging and
use msgmerge for generating a new .po file. Then translate the new
strings and the one marked fuzzy.
Finally update the Transifex repository for Xfce.
