[Xfce-i18n] Request for translators group (german)

Hi there,

I'm following the steps from "Getting started" on
https://translations.xfce.org/help/
Those ask me to introduce myself as follows:

 * Name of your user account (the one you created in step 1).
I'm pseyfert
 * Your real name.
although you may also call me Paul Seyfert
 * The language you want to translate in.
my native language (which I want to translate in) is German.
 * A bit of a motivation why you want to translate.
I like the idea of open source and free software and like to contribute.
 As I don't consider myself capable to do programming I chose a part
where I can contribute much better.
