[Xfce-i18n] Request for translators group

Hi Bruno,

I just added you, wait max 15min for the task scheduler to take this
effectively into account. The current translators with upload rights
are CCed, it is always a good idea to make things together :)

Don't forget that Portuguese translations have all been renamed to pt.po.
