[Xfce-i18n] Menu files moved

Translators,

Because the menu files in 4.8 are used by both xfdesktop and
xfce4-panel (because the panel ships the menu plugin), the desktop and
directory files have been moved around.
The .directory files are now translated in Garcon and some .desktop
files moved to the correct module.
This means they need to be translated again. Transifex has been
updated. The affected packages are Garcon, xfce-utils and
xfce4-session.
