[Xfce-i18n] New maintainer for xfce4-cpugraph-plugin

Hey,
very cool that the plugin is maintained again and it appears to get to a
good shape.
You might want to change the newly added string "Show borders" to "Use
spacing to margins" instead -- was very funny to have a translation in
German for the first/old "show borders" and see the new English string
with the same meaning below.
There was, again, an issue with transifex, because plural forms were
introduced and the translation wasn't prepared for that, but the file
was rejected when submitting. Perhaps someone can make this happen
automatically or wants to file a bug report for transifex.
