[Xfce-i18n] request for writing access to Transifex for Turkish Translation

Hi,

You are in the translators group now and can upload. I CCed the
current translators who have upload rights too. You can see on the
team page (http://wiki.xfce.org/translations/team_tr) that they
maintain and share the work on a google group.
