[Xfce-i18n] Xfce 4.8 Release Cycle Information

Everything seems nice and dandy but how about 4.6.2? The Romanian
translation has vastly improved since 4.6.1 and the users cannot see
that. I was following http://wiki.xfce.org/releng/4.6/milestones ,
but this seems to be obsolete...
