[Xfce-i18n] clipman docs ja translation

Hi,

I translated documentation of xfce4-clipman-plugin to Japanese.
Attached includes a patch and images.

The patch is taken under /svn/goodies/xfce4-clipman-plugin/trunk (full source repo) 
and includes the following files:

Please remove them if some unnecessary patches are included in.

BTW, I can not commit any files to clipman's po-doc directory of i18n repo.
According to the messages, I don't have enough permissions.
My svn account (xfce-po project) can commit to i18n repo *only* and no problem 
in any other places of the repo.
What is not enough?
