[Xfce-i18n] some goodies translated into catalan

Hello,

  I've translated the following goodies into catalan:
   xfce4-volstatus-icon
   xfce4-time-out-plugin
   xfce4-rss-plugin
   notification-daemon-xfce

  In addition, I've translated the missing strings of xfce4-notes-plugin,
and fixed the xfce4-timer-plugin.

  You can find all the modifications in the attached file.

If you cast a pointer to an integer,
it becomes an integer,
if you cast a pointer to a struct,
it becomes a struct.

The pointer can crash...,
and can overflow.

Be a pointer my friend...
