[Xfce-i18n] How long does it take to request a SVN account?

I'm currently the only one doing that task (committing pending translations 
sent to the mailing list). I do that work once every two weeks~ atm. Don't let 
this dissuade you to send new translations, as in the final they always end in 
the tree ;-)
