[Xfce-i18n] Can not commit to po-doc directory in i18n-repo

Hi,

My svn account (xfce-po project) cannot commit to po-doc directory in i18n-repo 
due to permission is not enough, po directory is OK.

> svn: Commit blocked by pre-commit hook (exit code 1) with output:
> error: you don't have enough permissions for this transaction:
> you can't update xfce4-screenshooter/trunk/po-doc/ChangeLog
> you can't update xfce4-screenshooter/trunk/po-doc/ja.po

Could you correct it?
