Afaict, this page was useful for Xfce 4.4, but isn't anymore for Xfce 4.6. All 
you should do to take the components to translate is to use the xdt-i18n 
script to do a local copy. You can find it in the SVN howto, it is also 
referenced in the start_translating wiki page.
