[Xfce-i18n] Adding a new translation language - Kazakh

Hi,

Simply checkout the svn with the xdt-i18n script and go into the
different projects you wish to translate. Run the command msginit
inside the po directory of a project and it will create the
appropriate po file for you. You can than translate it with the
program of your choice and send it to this list as attach for
inclusion.
