[Xfce-i18n] Call for terminal translations

Hi, Nick,
     Simplified Chinese translation patch is attached, please test and  
commit.

And to Mike:
     Because of the delay, the Terminal's previous patch (in the one I sent  
to the mailing list June, 29th.) is now obsolete and this is a new one.
     But the thunar part in that patch should still be commited.
