[Xfce-i18n] Updates for Simplified Chinese (zh_CN) translations

Hi,

Attached diff file includes these updates:

New zh_CN.po files and updated LINGUAS files for:   xfconf,
xfce4-mixer, libxfce4ui, libxfce4menu
Updates for: thunar, xfce4-panel, xfce4-session, xfce4-appfinder,
xfcalendar, xfarchiver, libxfcegui4

Checked with xdt-i18n, please verify and commit.
