[Xfce-i18n] Power Manager Translation

Hey Ali,

here's an update of the German translation;  Evgene's
remark/suggestion/correction has been followed/implemented and also the
decision of how to translate "suspend"/"hibernate" into German that had
been made in our translation team has been adhered to.
