[Xfce-i18n] Power Manager Translation for zh_CN

I think you mean the "electric" in the original English phrases,
right?  They appear in couple of places and I changed them to "AC" in
the attached diff file.  As for Chinese translation, the standard
translation for "AC power" is "交流电源".
