The installer used right now is here:

With the 'xml build file' from here:
http://svn.xfce.org/svn/xfce/xfce-installers/trunk/xfce46/

It's probably not a problem to make it translatable (code is in C),
but it's better we look at this after 4.6. I'll put it on my TODO ;-).
