[Xfce-i18n] Notes plugin updated

Hello,

I updated the notes plugin and it's gonna be worth a release for the
coming days. There is one new string only, translator-credits, you can
put your names as following:

#: ../panel-plugin/application.vala:534
msgid "translator-credits"
msgstr ""
"Person1\n"
"Person2"

Be sure to separate the names with a return carrier. When this message
is translated it appears in the about/credits dialog as a new tab for
translators.
