Update:
We'll now use 0.7.0RC2 which will give us automatic registrations
without OpenID.
I've been testing our temporary transifex setup tonight and it seems to
be in good shape. I'll recreate the entire setup tomorrow, just to be
sure. Afterwards I'm going to generate passwords and send them to
maintainers. And after that, there will be another follow-up posting on
this mailing list and then we'll be ready to go.
