[Xfce-i18n] Xfce4-session: Update of German translation

Hey,

Matthias notified us of a bad character in the translation, the attached
patch fixes that and also corrects one translation to begin in a new
line.

By the way, I really wonder why having underscores/accelerators changes
from time to time for lots of code? Especially in the logout dialog, I
think accelerators are really useful for a number of reasons such as bad
Gtk themes that are nice, missing or emulated mice, or more speed when
staying at the keyboard etc.
