One small problem I fixed, in the header, the Translator name contained 
your nickname without escaped quotes, I changed the following line:

"Last-Translator: ian "dakbyani" besina <brod_bee at yahoo.com.ph>\n"

to

"Last-Translator: ian \"dakbyani\" besina <brod_bee at yahoo.com.ph>\n"
