[Xfce-i18n] Italian translation of goodies

Attached is a patch for the following translation of xfce goodies:
-xfmpc
-xfce4-smartpm
-xfce4-weather
-xfce4-places
-thunar-shares-plugin
-xfce4-power manager
-xfmedia remote plugin

All were controlled for accelerators and for correct formatting with the 
relative shell commands.
