[Xfce-i18n] Xfce Power Manager: German Translation Update

Hey,

attached is a major update to the German translation with lots of new
translations and also a quick revision of the old translations for
spelling errors and consistency. I hope everything applies well; will
care for more translations in the next two weeks a little. Feel free to
send proposals and fixes concerning German translation stuff to me via
this list or directly.
