Sorry for my cursory report and thank you for advice.
I deleted the .desktop file and that is fixed.

The Japanese translation is under review now by team ja.
It will be committed by this weekend.
If you plan to release the new version soon, I will commit it in the meantime 
by tomorrow (UTC). (I'm going to sleep)
