[Xfce-i18n] Becoming maintainer of Estonian translation

Dear Xfce translation community,

I apologize as I am not exactly sure who I should address this e-mail
to. The current Estonian translator Peeter Vois is currently unable to
work on Estonian translation due to time constraints. As he mentioned
in his e-mail in this mailing list (Estonian translation update for
libexo trunk), he would hand me the translation maintainer status.
