[Xfce-i18n] Estonian translation update for libexo trunk

Hi Kristjan,

Please explain, how you prefer the patch sending against the proposed way of committing changes on my site. That site has been created to reduce time on validation the changes and make it easy for anybody to track the changes from different translators as SVN is not publicly open.
