Yep, it downloads the existent projects.  Run the script with the
arguments init xfce/trunk and init goodies/trunk.

Sometimes there are new projects, in that case you will miss them if
you run xdt-i18n update.  What works is to re-run the xdt-i18n init
command over the existing local copy.  The init command fetches all
the projects from svn automatically.
