Fixed.

Brian moved it outside svn inside git.  I think only particular people
are translating the projects in git, mostly the interesting projects,
actually midori is the only exception, because people started to
translate it before it went inside git, and they still hand
translations over nowadays.

Git has also a difference with svn wrt the i18n commiters group, there
isn't any!
