[Xfce-i18n] request for xfce4-notifyd translations

A couple notes:

For the "SOCKET_ID" msgid, Jari noted that it'll throw a warning
if you check the file with "msgfmt --check-accelerators=_" and your
translation doesn't have an "_" character in it.  For now just ignore
it; I'll come up with a different string without the "_" character in
it to avoid this in the future, and I'll fix up the existing .po files
when I change it.

Christian pointed out this one:

Yes, that is supposed to be a lower-case "i" -- this string is used as
a placeholder when there's an embedded picture in a notification
(because xfce4-notifyd doesn't support images).

This string is actually bad -- it should be "image: %s", where %s is
replaced with the alt text or filename of the image, but right now the
string is constructed piece by piece, which I guess will be a problem
for RTL languages.  For now I'll just apologise and promise to try and
fix it for the next release :-/ .
