[Xfce-i18n] xdt-i18n script

Hello translators,

The xdt-i18n script has been updated.  Now it also checks for existing
po-doc directories.  Those directories contain casual PO files that get
merged towards the DocBook format at compilation.

If you are already using the script you can run it again over your
local copy: xdt-i18n init <version> /path/to/your-local-copy.
