[Xfce-i18n] [Early REMINDER] DE - Team Meeting - November 12th

Hey,

we just had a very productive German translator team meeting on IRC,
lasting for 3 hours. It was nice to come together and discuss how
we proceed from today on, how we can make the German translation
process more consistent and more transparent so that others can join us
more easily.

We've decided to do another meeting next week.
