[Xfce-i18n] Xarchiver 0.5 stable release and incomplete translations

Hi all,

I would like to release the stable release of Xarchiver on the 6th.

Currently these are the incomplete translations according to the i18n
statistics page:
Arabic (ar)
Dzongkha (dz)
Greek (el)
Galician (gl)
Hebrew (he)
Italian (it)
Kurdish (ku)
Latvian (lv)
ur
Chinese (Simplified) (zh_CN)
Chinese (Traditional) (zh_TW)

The above translations will NOT be included because the untranslated
strings  are too many.
