[Xfce-i18n] updates for goodies (pt_PT)

 Hi,
 
 This patch updates some goodies, like xfce4-dict and adds new
translations (LINGUAS included) for: xfce4-power-manager,
thunar-svn-plugin, thunar-shares-plugin, xfmpc and xfbib.
