[Xfce-i18n] Going to release notes plugin

Hi Mike,

Is is possible to copy currect Czech po file from trunk into 1.6.2? I know
it has beed already 'released', but I had not had time for this a week ago.
I have permissions to check-in the files into the trunk folder only.
