[Xfce-i18n] Dutch translation of xfce4-screenshooter-plugin update

I've attached a Diff of the updated Dutch translation, however, I had to
change the Project-Id-Version because poedit wouldn't let me save it. I
wasn't quite sure what to do, so I thought I'd just mention it and hope
someone else can help me :)
