[Xfce-i18n] About non-po translatable modules

Hi Leandro,

Not sure if I'm right here, but the svn version doesn't have 'non-po
translatable' modules anymore.  Xfce 4.4 had, which is the current
stable version and can be translated by checking out the xfce_4_4
branches.
