[Xfce-i18n] Request svn account for Fábio Nogueira

Hi there,

Fábio Nogueira and I have been consistently working on the
translations for the Brazilian team for the last 12 months++ (we also
work together on the translation for the GNOME and KDE projects).  Our
workflow has been: he works on translations and submits to me for
review, which I then commit. He has shown a lot of enthusiasm and has
tremendously improved his skills of translation as well as VCS
knowledge.

With that in mind, I'd kidly request svn commit access to both XFCE
and Goodies repositories for Fábio Nogueira so that we can keep on
rocking.
