[Xfce-i18n] Updatet translation to nb_NO for xfce-mcs-plugins and xfcalendar

Hi

Attached you will find the gzipped diff-file for the updated translation
of xfce4-notes-plugin and xfcalendar to nb_NO.
If thoose files should be corrupt, missing or by some other reason be
unavailable, the .po-files can be retrieved from the server:
