[Xfce-i18n] Upcoming 0.4.0 release of xfce4-dict

Hi,

during the last weeks I did some work on xfce4-dict (formerly known
xfce4-dict-plugin). Now it can be also used as a stand-alone
application and/or as panel plugin.
And there were some usuablity improvements.

If anyone has a little free time, an update of the translations would
be cool. I'll plan to make the new release in about two weeks.

Please note due to the rename of the package the new SVN checkout URL
is:

svn co https://svn.xfce.org/svn/goodies/xfce4-dict/trunk
