[Xfce-i18n] bn_BD

Alright, so that means I can starting working on it.  I just
downloaded the PO files, thinking which one to start with. :)

Is the bn_IN files available somewhere?  It would be nice if I could
reuse some of their work, since bn_BD and bn_IN are *very* similar.
