[Xfce-i18n] Help needed on i18n.w.o for documentation about the DocBook translation

Hi readers,

I'm trying to update the "guide about translating messages" in the i18n
wiki.  I have a first draft for the section "13. DocBook formatted
documents" [0] and need help to ensure that why I wrote is correct.  So
please, go read it, try it, check it, and correct it ;)
