To validate the po file run “msgfmt -o /dev/null -c pk.po”.

Some languages only require one single form. There is no
distinction between the singular and plural form. An appropriate
header entry would look like this:
Plural-Forms: nplurals=1; plural=0;

Two forms, singular used for one only:

English is using. A header entry would look like this:
Plural-Forms: nplurals=2; plural=n != 1;
[...]
Two forms, singular used for zero and one:
Exceptional case in the language family. The header entry would

Plural-Forms: nplurals=2; plural=n>1;

The plural forms have to be translated in the msgstr[1] strings of the
po file. If your editor doesn't let you translate plural forms, you
will have to use another editor for that purpose (mousepad, nano, …).
