[Xfce-i18n] [it] patches for 4.4 branch

Hi all,
 thanks to Jari, for the suggestion about city name in Orage. Here is 
xfce-mcs-plugins patch and some corrections in xfce4-mixer and Orage.

Can anybody explain to me what to do with thunar, mousepad, etc.?
