[Xfce-i18n] Norwegian translation patch

Hi,

Attached is a patch for the xfce_4_4 branch (nb_NO-4.4.0.patch.bz2  43Kb).
It contains all the modules from the checkout-xfce_4_4-po.sh script and  
has all the changes for the whole tree.

Also included is the xfdesktop files: 'menu.xml.nb_NO' and  
'modules/menu/xfce-registered-categories.xml.nb_NO'
Tried to modify some makefiles etc in a separate build tree but I couldn't  
get xfdesktop to use them.
