Hi Tomás,

Some important instructions are here:
http://i18n.xfce.org/

For the website, the files to translate are mainly .php files. It's best 
if you can get in touch with the official Pt_br translators first.

In the meantime, you can browse the SVN repository here (for the website):
http://svn.xfce.org/svn/www/www.xfce.org/trunk/i18n/
