[Xfce-i18n] Website pt_BR

[William Koch - Romani S.A.]

I am translating some files of the Xfce website to pt_BR.

There are several pages that don't have the pt_BR version, I am copying the
English version, changing the name (en -> pt_BR) and translating, is this
the correct way to do this?
The svn diff command will make a patch containing this "Copied" files too?

I will be translating some more pages of the website tomorrow.
I am sending the patch in tar gz.
